You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 USD
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Share or redistribute content from the AI advisor commercially
Use automated tools to access the service

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI Match Official Advisor provides educational information but is not a substitute for official referee or umpire training or certification. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with official governing bodies for your sport.

7. Intellectual Property

Sport rules and regulations are published by their respective governing bodies and used here for educational purposes. RefereeGPT's original content, design, and code are owned by 360 TFT.

8. Limitation of Liability

RefereeGPT is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
